We have two main areas of expertise: We specialise in the high speed CNC Machining of complex components from a variety of materials including Titanium, Plastics, aluminium, stainless steel and other special alloys. Quantity can vary from small batches and prototypes to quantities of up to a thousand.
From small batch prototypes to production runs of several thousands we produce surgical blades for Oscillating, Reciprocating and saggital bone saw tools designed to exact sizes and lengths using high grade surgical steel to provide the highest quality product to meet customers requirements.

We also produce a variety of precision sheet metal components including various Brackets, shields and boxes which require accurate profile cutting and other processes such as folding and assembly.
